Bug Description

I run Kubuntu 14.04, and recently updated Inkscape to version 0.92.0. I attempted to draw a straight line with the "Draw Bezier curves and straight lines" tool, and put an arrow marker at one end of the line. However, in the "Fill and Stroke" -> "Stroke style" page, the drop-down menus for "Markers" show only a line with no end marker and nothing else---I cannot create an arrow marker with v. 0.92. I can work around this by using version 0.91 to create a line with an arrowhead, and the SVG file can then be opened in version 0.92, with the arrow showing. However, the drop-down menu still shows no arrow choices at all. The behavior happens in the same way every time I follow these steps.
