Bug Description

Report by Stephen Le Page on the forum: https://sourceforge.net/p/stellarium/discussion/278769/thread/63b96b76/

Hi Guys,
I love the software. I also love to see that the community embraces the international date format ISO8601 with YYYY-MM-DD - this date format makes a whole lot of sense and I look forward to the day that it is the global standard by everyone everywhere.
Just a minor tweak request: Any chance of changing the forward slashes to a hyphens in the F5 Date and Time windows popup?
