You attempted to install grub to /dev/sda, but it appears that this disk has no partition table and is instead a whole disk fat32 filesystem. You will need to either partition this disk, or install grub to another disk and make sure your bios is set to boot from that disk.

ok thx but i find another problem it is ok, i forced to keep run in uefi mode this is the problem when you block in bios. it is ok thanks ^^.
