Bug Description
After v3.22, cinder support searching snapshots based on metadata of the snapshot. Adding this support in the python CLI for cinder will make things more usable.

Not sure if we really need a bug for this, but, I've attached bug 1569554 to cinderclient as well to track this, rather than using this separate bug.
