Bug Description

When I deplay database node and install TASK [database : Configure mysql 5.6+], there are displayed the error information as below
 FAILED! => {"changed": false, "failed": true, "msg": "missing required arguments: regexp"}

I have found the error(lost the argument regexp) in line 130 in roles/database/tasks/main.yml.

It should be insert the argument (regexp: '^bind-address[ \t]*=[ ]*127\.0\.0\.1')in line 130.

    Fix the following issues

    1. mysql 5.6+ configuration
    2. noting supporting ubuntu 16.xx
    3. different platform code mixing
    4. tags so that you can run selected tasks by role
    5. uses openstack superuser theme and posts
    6. haproxy used old configuration format
