400 Bad Request for bonding requests in fuel-qa

During swarm [0][1][2][3] there were failures with bonding tests:

Additional info:
As usual - there is no additional info in logs, need to create env by developer and debug it, what field is missing.
Setting that to critical due to fact that it blocks all bonding tests for fuel.
Possibly, duplicate - seen something similar to refactoring fuel-qa requests bug.

The thread is green for a week (1 failure not related to this issue), probably was fixed by some patches
