zfs-dkms 0.6.5.6-0ubuntu15: zfs kernel module failed to build - I get this error at login just after the main desktop loads

I guess this is ZFS related, however upon checking I still have read write access to my ZFS pools etc. So not entirely sure if this is a major bug or not.
Please note it has only started occurring after update from 15.10 (Wily) to Xenial
