Bug Description
Precise EOL's in April. We can fix until then, or create a separate packaging branch. We need to keep the recommends for LXD for the other releases.
Note, the binary still works just fine on precise.
For trusty, LXD is available in backports. This causes install and runtime issues as well since installing from backports requires an extra parameter for apt.

Despite the change to make it depends recently (reflecting our archive package), we should be making LXD a suggests for these releases.
