Bug Description
This is a pretty handy feature that's starting to show up in clients like Nylas N1.
It seems like the thing to do here is to:
1. Optionally (opt out?) include a Web Beacon (https:/
2. Set up a server that will track these beacons
3. Inform Mail of these beacons so that it can display read receipts in the message view
