After the 0.4.17beta1 update, the save icon in the toolbar is missing, as shown here: http://
Observed on Ubuntu Gnome 16.04 with qpdfview 0.4.17beta1.

Hello again,
the issue is not so much a missing icon as the fact that this action is not supposed to be available in the file tool bar anymore. The icons have been moved to the supposedly more common save and save-as actions. Hence the save-copy action is not available via the file tool bar anymore, but the other two action are.
