[UI] When SIs are created with < 3 intfs, SI Network info is not shown correctly

Bug Description
R3.2 Build 19
Create a v2 ST/SI with only left intf.
The SI info page does not show 'Networks' field correctly for that SI (Attached)
Instead, had i created that SI with all 3 mgmt/left/right intfs, it shows correctly
