Bug Description

When you try and install a app that needs a platform, you need to reboot your computer to use it!

$ sudo snap install --devmode dekko
dekko installed
$ dekko

You need to connect the ubuntu-app-platform package with your application
to reuse shared assets, please run:
snap install ubuntu-app-platform
snap connect dekko:platform ubuntu-app-platform:platform

$ sudo snap connect dekko:platform ubuntu-platform:platform

$ dekko

You need to connect the ubuntu-app-platform package with your application
to reuse shared assets, please run:
snap install ubuntu-app-platform
snap connect dekko:platform ubuntu-app-platform:platform

Reboot

$ dekko

Boots fine.

When you connect the app to the platform you should be able to use the app straight away, but the app acts like its not been connected until you reboot.
