Bug Description
Support for a newer Direct X is needed because Direct X 10 is pretty much not worth while trying to install on newer systems as they become bundled with 11. Getting stuck with 9 can't work out forever and will for sure cause issues sooner or later. And for people with graphics cards like mine OpenGL is flicker city for any Panda3D game. DirectX fixes these issues for most cases so support for Direct X 11 would be very nice to have.
