Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

The auto reported logs do not point to any specific issue.
The same package just installed fine for me in a container.

There isn't really enough information here for a developer to confirm this issue is a bug, or to begin working on it, so I am marking this bug Incomplete for now.

If you can provide exact steps so that a developer can reproduce the original problem, then please add them to this bug and change the status back to New.

Note: while the logs have no good indication what the issues is I think I have seen enough dups in a short time to consider this confirmed and more serious for now.

This bug is failure to install Ondrej's version of PHP from his PPA. Not supported officially. Marking the bug as invalid.
