Bug Description
The elementary icon theme has developed a lot and is currently at 4.0.1.1. Is there any chance that a more recent version of this icon-theme is hitting Ubuntu's repositories? (The currently shipped 2.7.1 dates back to 2011-03-30)
Background: Some the icons look way more beautiful in the current versions (files, settings, transmission to name a few). Additionally there are also some missing in the 2.x series (Terminal, ...).

Elementary team, is that something you would perhaps be interested in contributing so the package is updated in Ubuntu proper rather that in ppa? (bug #962225 as well)
