Wiki page for GRUB 2 needs polishing

Bug Description

Wiki page <https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2> is in need of some copy editing, but it is not possible for normal users to do it (its status is currently "Immutable Page").

For instance,

  Grub -> GRUB (spelling/case consistency - most is already "GRUB")

  grub command-line -> GRUB command-line

  LiveCD -> live CD (ref. <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Live_CD>)

  ISOs -> ISO images

Hi Peter, thanks for reporting this. We had to remove unrestricted access to the two wikis because of repeated spam attacks. Would you be willing to make the changes? Instructions for editing the wikis are here (see the "Contributing" section):
