Properties panel is confusing, proposed solution - use property window as in 1.4.x

The properties panel is too complicated and confusing as designed (some properties are not clear as to what they do and seem to do the job of others, for instance the length of a clip vs where it positioned on the track).

I'm proposing a design similar to the window that was available in Openshot 1.4.x. It is much more intuitive, without losing any functionality, The only thing that would need to explained more clearly is how to position elements on the video (using size and x, y values).
