Bug Description

When docker volume size is 0, I get the following ERROR:
-----
ERROR: Invalid input for field/attribute docker_volume_size. Value: '0'. Value should be greater or equal to 1 (HTTP 400)
-----
or
-----
Resource CREATE failed: StackValidationFailed: resources.kube_master.resourrces[0]: Property error : resources.docker_volume.size: 0 is out of rang (min: 1, max: None)
-----
The type of docker_volume_size is Int.
I think that we should make the default value of docker_volume_size to 0, and 0 means no volume to create. Magnum create volume for cluster utill docker_volume_size gt 0.
