Bug Description

Let's consider the case where in a route there are small stations ("Haltestelle" in German) without starting signal and usually also without switches. If these small stations are more distant from the next station with entrance signal than the value Approach_Control_Req_Position, the train won't restart from the small station, because such signal will be considered as the starting signal of the station, but will remain red, and this is a condition where the train does not restart from a station stop.
To avoid this, a check could be inserted where, in case the first signal after the small station is a signal with an Approach Control function, and this signal is farther than Approach_Control_Req_Position, such signal is not considered as starting signal of the small station.
