Introductory train rides can't be run in OR

In MSTS Introductory train rides can be recalled through a specific menu item. OR doesn't have one, and moreover discards Introductory train rides from the activity list.
Therefore they can't be run.

It was a long time ago... but I believe it was two things: 1. we don't support any of the introductory features, making them fairly useless at introducing anything, and 2. the RE or some other tool creates them for its own purposes and they're not useful to open directly.

I thought that adding them would add something that was already present in MSTS. However, if you consider it preferable, I can revert the change. It's not a basic issue to me.
