filter blacks out when zoomed in

When zoomed in, the rendering goes black.
Varies with the parts zoomed in and with the zoom level, roughly from around 5000% in the example file:

The filter is made from only a single component transfer filter primitive.

Tested on win 10 64bit Inkscape 0.92pre3 15195.

On 0.91, the rendering look rathet different -see the 0.91 generated thumbnail in the link-.

Based on tests with archived builds (on OS X 10.7.5):
- not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.5 r10040,
- not reproduced with Inkscape 0.91 r13725,
- not reproduced with lp:inkscape rev <= 13955,
- filter with 'type' attribute broken: 13956 <= rev <= 13968
- reproduced with lp:inkscape rev >= 13969,
- reproduced with lp:inkscape/0.92.x r15283;
it seems not obvious to me which revision could have exposed the reported issue:
