Bug Description
When devstack is run with both the manila plugin and the glusterfs plugin using a Xenial machine, the attempt to create a logical volume in the glusterfs volume group fails with the message:
Insufficient suitable allocatable extents for logical volume glusterfs-thinpool: 5110 more required
