Sync clojure 1.8.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Please sync clojure 1.8.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

This package was removed from Debian (and in turn Ubuntu), but has now been reintroduced with the latest version of clojure. I first spotted this when I saw that several packages were dep-waiting on this in the zesty queue.

From what I remember, packages which have been removed need to be manually synced.
