Bug Description
Running Meizu Pro 5 rc-proposed Version 249. When using bluetooth keyboard, in certain instances (using the apps listed below), the OSK pops up on the phone:
Telegram
Libertine Apps
Suggest that all instances of OSK are deactivated with an active external keyboard connection.

I've added unity8 to this bug, as the actual disabling of the OSK and detection of hardware keyboards is handled there
