A few typos in the user's guide

On page 1, document version still listed as "0.0.1+" instead of "0.0.2-rc1". (You may want to hook the document version number to automatically pickup ikarus version-numbers/repo-numbers, but the Latex for that is beyond me.)

On page 23 when describing "#!ikarus", the mention of "graph syntax" references an undefined label. (Printed as "??".)

On page 24, "we adding" is probably intended to be "we recommend adding".

On page 24 when describing "port-mode", the prompt should be ">" instead of "$" since it is an ikarus prompt and not a shell prompt.

Adding the revno to latex ain't gonna happen :-)
The rest were fixed for 0.0.2-rc2.
