Bug Description
Instead of marking encrypted connections as secure with a lock, we should mark unsecured networks as insecure with a warning or slashed-out lock icon. This helps educate users that secure should be the default while unsecured is the exception and potentially dangerous.

I think this might create confusion in people who switch between different OSes (including mobile ones), because the icon without lock is the same, but has different meaning.
Perhaps it would be better to use only icons with locks: "proper" lock for secured connection and "broken" one for insecure. Also the lock may be placed in different place (e.g. lower-right for secure, and lower-left for insecure) to make it easier to distinguish with just a glance.
