[UI] Instance Status details display can be enhanced

Pls see attached.
There is no horizontal scroll-bar to make sure that "View Console" link can be seen.
If i maximize the window, the missing info dont show up either (See second attachment). I have to do load the page again to get it to show stuff

Also, the "Instance Status" section, "Networks" column shows VN name with IP separated by ':'
Ex : ctest-mgmt_vn-58965870:130.252.90.3
It is hard to read , esp when the VN name ends with numbers.
It would be better if the "Networks" column shows only the VN name and a new column is added for showing the IP address

1)Changed the grid width from fixed to 100% for the Service instance and the
BGP Pages
2)Changed the VN name text style to bold and given more space before the IP.
