Update time remaining when adjusting the tempo slider

Bug Description
When you adjust the tempo slider, play time remaining should
show time remaining with the adjusted speed and not time
remaining when played at the normal track speed.
Also both time played and time remaining could be displayed
in the Deere skin. Plenty of room for that.
