Bug Description
I found that conjure-up crashes when using lxd with some python errors on the screen. This is due to conjure not supporting IPV6 -- but this error is not exposed to the end user. I had to tail the logfile to find the error, then re-init lxd with ipv6 disabled

Hi John,
Thank you for the report, we have added additional help text to the LXD setup screen in conjure-up itself along with sanity checks for informing the user if IPv6 is enabled.
