Hey Folks,
I'd like to propose an RFE that makes the "Close all" a configurable option, often I've accidentally closed all the windows/apps for a particular application by accident (yes I know, user error).
I think it would be helpful to have an option to show/hide this functionality so you can choose if you want the "Close All" option exposed on right click.
Optionally, it would be feasible to have a prompt if you're really sure you want to close all the windows/instances of an application as well.

I have to disagree with this request, making everything an option will lead to a very bloated preference dialog soon. Just use your mouse more carefully I'd say ;-)
PS: Maybe this will be resolved by a feature I've developed, see bug 1251625.
