virt-manager doesnot handle s390x correctly

Bug Description

When using virt-manager-1.3.2 to remote manager the virtual machine on s390x, it leads the VM hangs for a long time. This problem was fixed on virt-manager-1.4.0. so I asked here to upgrade the version 1.4.0. Thanks.
