immediate crash with pattern

When a clone of an object is converted to a pattern inkscape (pre 0.92) crashes every time except if the clone was placed at (0;0).

<su_v> doesn't crash with rev <= 14159, crashes with rev >= 14165 (no archived builds in-between).

crash confirmed on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92pre3 15195

however the conditions under which I get a crash are not the same as the original report.
the original report said: crashes every time except if the clone was placed at (0;0).

in my case the crash occurred _only_ if the clone was placed at (0,0)

Closing because this is no longer an issue (no crash when the clone is at 0,0 and when the clone is not 0,0)

I could not find a obvious relevant commit, but based off the available information, it is safe to close this.
