Dialer app freezes on calling

Bug Description
Since a few weeks I experience the following: On calling dialer app UI freezes. The buttons don't appear. If available, they do not work. I can't cancel the call and nothing other. See attached screenshots.
Workaround: If I close dialer app during the call and I return to call by selecting green top bar, the UI is reinitializing and gets working normally after a few seconds.
Other remarks:
- Call answering is OK. The bug appears only on calling.
- On pressing the call button the UI is very slow.
- Recalling last call is stucked (simple selecting the green call button in dialer): the last number is the last before this bug occurs.

Hm... This solved for me: Deleting the /home/phablet/
