Bug Description
Anki Does not load.
Error from terminal

ImportError: No module named QtWebKit
There is a work around by installing a special python library.
but when I do the upgrade.. it upgrades
python-qt4
and breaks again.
THIS IS A MAJOR BUG at least for gnome 16.10 and I think 16.04 too.
This has nothing to do with my mainline linux. It did this long before.

If I reinstall using dpkg - i python- qt4_4.11. 2+dfsg- 1_amd64. deb
then it will work. (it is a lower version python)
