[FUJ] [Improvement] Add the ability to delete individual keys from the SSH keys table

MAAS 2.1, Allow the users delete individual keys from the SSH key list

Currently the user has to import all their SSH keys in MAAS if they use the Launchpad/GH option and if they don't want a key, there is no way to remove it individually.

* Current result:

Given I am in the first use journey in the SSH section
When I want to edit the list of my keys
Then I cannot delete individual keys.

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in the first use journey in the SSH section
When I want to edit the list of my keys
Then I should be able to delete individual keys.

It is a standard functionality that would make the feature complete.

Juju implemented the deletion functionality for individual keys. Is it something we could get for free from them?
