MAAS 2.1, Add section descriptions

The user testing revealed that the users feel like that there is a lack of context for what each section is trying to achieve in the first use journey. There could be a short summary explaining what the goal is for filling out the information on each section.

* Current result:

Given I am in the first screen of the first use journey
When I see the sections
Then I cannot see a description or summary for what each section is trying to achieve.

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in the first screen of the first use journey
When I see the sections
Then I want to see a description or summary for what each section is trying to achieve.

It would be a chance to educate the users on how and where MAAS can connect and how the images are handled.
