Bug Description
We allow to update the networks info of nova server, compare and calculate the new nets and old nets, and then will detach interfaces which are not presented in new nets and attach interfaces which are not presented in old nets.
In nova, the operation of detach_interface is async, we should to check whether nova detach interface success in heat, to keep consistent with nova.
