Rewind sometimes doesn't work

Bug Description
When I want to rewind video over progress bar (primary or secondary click, doesn't matter) it doesn't always work the first time.

Confirmed there is a problem using fast clicks on the progress bar, particularly with long videos. Using a slow click seems to work better, holding the button down for a second or so before releasing.
