Looks like we need to upgrade PIP ("6 is the minimum" but we have 1.5.4 installed).
On the other hand RPM packages are built succesful...
$ pip list | grep -E "(pip|pbr| setuptools) "
pbr (1.8.0)
pip (1.5.4)
setuptools (18.3.1)
