Bug Description
fuel-11.
steps to reproduce
select "Provisioning + Deployment" on UI, click "Deploy changes", slave node will reboot and enter bootstrap.
If network is slow, it will take much time for slave node to download rootfs, then slave node will offline in UI. After it boot and back online, privision and deployment are success in UI, but actually deployment does nothing.
Astute log suggents received task lacks node uid, I figure it is a nailgun bug.

for report failed: Node uid is not provided
Attechment is nailgun and astute log, also a snapshot of nailgun database's executed task history.
