Dear bug triager. This bug was created since a commit was marked with DOCIMPACT.
Your project "openstack/neutron" is set up so that we directly report the documentation bugs against it. If this needs changing, the docimpact-group option needs to be added for the project. You can ask the OpenStack infra team (#openstack-infra on freenode) for help if you need to.

I checked guides in openstack-manuals repo and neutron-lib repo. There is no info about what drivers are currently supporting DSCP mark rules in QoS so IMO there is nothing to change in docs here.
This "bug" can be closed IMO.

I agree with comment #1 and I didn't find any direct refs to the agent and DSCP other than a generic reference about DSCP in [1].

However to be on the safe side I'm moving to openstack-manuals in case there's a ref or work in progress I'm missing; otherwise it can safely be closed out as invalid IMO.
