Dead link in "hot-pluggable plugins" in fuel-docs

Detailed bug description:
In the list of example hot-pluggable plugins, there is a link to the Dynatrace fuel plugin. The link target has been removed. The plugin is available here: https://github.com/Dynatrace/fuel-plugin-dynatrace

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://docs.openstack.org/developer/fuel-docs/plugindocs/fuel-plugin-sdk-guide/create-plugin/plugin-node-roles/hot-pluggable.html
2. Click Dynatrace link in the list of hot-pluggable plugin examples
3. See that the link is dead

Actual result:
I'm taken to a 404 error page of github.com

Expected result:
I'm taken to the github repo of the Dynatrace fuel plugin.
