Steps to reproduce:
Run `manage.py dropdb`
Expected results:
manage.py dropdb works
Actual result:
manage.py dropdb stucks forever
Reproducibility:
100%
Workaround:
Stop oswl_* services
Impact:
Impacts many users who try to refresh Nailgun installation.
