Bug Description

What it says on the tin. If the user has opened the indicator, we shouldn't close it if the notifications were not cleared by the user himself, but by e.g: an application.

I don't really agree with this one. I think choosing to clear all notifications is an action that should close the popover

In Slack we clarified that this report is referring to closing the indicator when the user hasn't taken action such as when notifications are withdrawn by an app. Confirming in that case.
