Bug Description

We have elements for the creation of kernel nfs server images, it would be nice to have a way for building NFS Ganesha, user-mode nfs server, images. There are elements already available in the repo, but we need to add the required bytes to enable users pick it from the CLI.

    Adds support for NFS Ganesha

    Elements were already available for use with containers.
    A few updates on the elements were made in order to get
    the latest changes for NFS Ganesha.
