BUG() in av7110.c with 2.6.22-14-rt

Bug Description

Using dvb_ttpci with 2.6.22-14-rt repeatedly produces a BUG() after a few minutes of operation using the linux-image-2.6.22-14-rt (Version 2.6.22-14.46). When running 'generic' instead of 'rt' this issue dos not occur. I will attach an excerpt from the kern.log with details. The timeouts after the error keep repeating until the system is rebooted. The local console is dysfunctional until after the reboot, logging in via ssh still works.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?

Due to the fact that I have moved since the bug was originally filed, I no loner have a DVB-C connection, so I can no longer verify whether the bug still exists.
