Bug Description
hey,
in mos 9.1 we can change password for openstack admin user in setting for env after deployment, but this password is not updated in hiera but if we add totally new nodes it will have new password so for example:
1. create env with admin password
2. deploy env
3. change password
4. deploy changes (we still have old password)
5. re/add nodes (new nodes will have new password old nodes will have old password).
