Bug Description

From my discussion with one of the zcash developers, he suggested that it might be useful to have a more limited version of the network interface, that allows only to communicate with localhost.

I'm filing the bug so we can discuss if that would be a useful feature to add.

Considering no special review is required for network(-bind), what's the advantage of a more restricted interface?

Definitely agree that this is useful/desirable. It will become possible with fine-grained apparmor network mediation once that work is done. It is on the wishlist.
