[9.1] grafana ui doesn’t draw some manage buttons

Bug Description
Fuel 9.1
stacklight (3 components from mirantis plugin catalog)
Icons for these buttons haven’t been shown:
- share dashboard
- save dashboard
- manage dashboard
But when the mouse on a button - tooltip is shown properly.
It’s complicated to find the "manage dashboard" for user.
