The TriplO UI menu (that opens when browser is shrunk to mobile size) does not open.

When shrinking your browser to a small vertical column the UI reacts and hides the usual tabs and account info and offers 3-small lines in the upper right that is common in mobile apps. I'll call it the 3-bar-menu.

Clicking the 3-bar menu in Chrome Version 55.0.2883.75 (64-bit) and Firefox 50.0.2.

Also, the hamburger menu should be on the left of the branding. See (scroll to bottom) for responsive navigation design:

I tracked this down to either missing or for whatever reason not picking up references to jquery and bootstrap. Adding references in index.html fixes the issue... (See screenshots)

Jirka - is there a better way to fix this? Or do these references exist somewhere else that just aren't getting picked up?

Rather than relying on jquery, the plan is to pull (or help contribute) vertical navigation pieces from react-patternfly.
